Having over seven years of experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of Software Applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 along with third party applications spread across Implementations, Version upgrades and Extended Customizations. Strong knowledge of Sales, Field Service, Customer Service and Project Service modules. I have worked on various autonomation processes from these modules such as Account Management, Opportunity Management, Contract Management, Activity Management, Configure Prince Quote (CPQ) and Sales goals from Sales Modules. Dedicatedly worked on Work Order Dispatch process, Resource Management, Territory Management, Scheduling, Timesheets & Expenses, Route Management and Elite Management from Field Service Module. Moreover, Customer Service is a foundation of the business in terms of providing various services and supports after sales. I have expertise on Case Management, Service Dispatch process, Complaint Management, Interaction & Channel Management and Knowledge Management from Customer Service Module. Finally, Project Service automation is beneficial to manage various projects and its respective set of tasks. While working on these modules I gripped with varieties of technologies in configuring security roles, business units, teams, field security profiles, call outs to CRM API, and CRM plugins with having knowledge of Web Development skills - HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and Visual Studio. I got an opportunity to work with Azure Service Bus and Logic Apps for communication between D365 and client’s third-party applications. Having sound knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and different Azure Services.
